These Terms of Service apply to all purchases and use of the Avenzra online store (avenzra.com). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We make every effort to display our products, colours and finishes accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting. All sizes and measurements are approximate.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We may change prices at any time. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

3. Orders & Confirmation

For Cash on Delivery orders, we confirm each order by WhatsApp or phone before dispatch. We may cancel orders that cannot be confirmed, contain incorrect information, or appear fraudulent.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and other payment methods shown at checkout. For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are handled as described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Product Care

To keep your jewellery and accessories looking their best, avoid contact with water, perfume and chemicals and store them in a dry place. Damage caused by misuse or normal wear is not covered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text and logos, belongs to Avenzra and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Avenzra is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by the laws of Pakistan.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
