Shipping Policy

Avenzra delivers across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Charges

• Standard delivery: Rs. 250 per order
• Free delivery on all orders of Rs. 2,000 and above

Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually delivered in 3–5 business days. Remote areas may take a little longer. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. After placing your order, you will receive a WhatsApp message to confirm your order, amount and address. Please confirm promptly so we can dispatch your parcel without delay. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier tracking number with you by email or WhatsApp.

Failed Deliveries

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel. If a COD parcel is refused without a valid reason, future orders may require advance payment.
